Doctors Landry, Hebert, Marino and Bisland have a broad base of surgical skills with over 75 years of combined experience. The use of advanced techniques allows us to offer our patients the benefits of office based procedures; as well as, out and in patient surgery. Our patients enjoy surgical care close to home and family.

Barry G. Landry, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery

A graduate of Thibodaux High School, Dr. Landry earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Nicholls State University and was inducted into the Hall of Fame. He studied medicine at Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans. Completing his residency in General Surgery at L.S.U., he served as Chief Teaching Resident and was named Outstanding Fifth Year Surgical Resident. In addition, Dr. Landry completed a fellowship at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts. To stay abreast of the newest advances in medicine, Dr. Landry maintains memberships in a number of professional societies. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a member of the La. State Medical Society (LSMS), the Lafourche Parish Medical Society, the American College of Surgeons-Fellow, Surgical Society of La. – Past President, La. Chapter of American College of Surgeons, Member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.

Dr. Landry is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps and served with a forward surgical team in Afghanistan in 2017. Dr. Landry currently serves on the staff of Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, where he has served as Chief of Staff. He is past Chief of surgery at TRMC, past president of Lafourche Parish Medical Society, past District Governor of La. State Medical Society, and the past State Chairman for the Commission On Cancer.

He is active in community affairs and has been of service on two mission trips to Mexico and Ecuador. He has memberships in the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce and the Thibodaux Rotary Club. Married with two children, he is an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Thibodaux, former chairman of church council, in the church choir, involved in the Nicholls State University Foundation and volunteers as a University team doctor.

Mark F. Hebert, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery

Graduating with honors from E.D. White High School in Thibodaux, Dr. Hebert earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Nicholls State University. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.

He completed a residency in General Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, which included training in breast cancer treatment and surgery at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

A Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Hebert has served as the 2007 Chief of Staff for Thibodaux Regional Medical Center and as the Cancer Liaison Physician. He is a member of the board of directors of the Lafourche Parish Unit of the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Hebert follows the latest advances in medicine by maintaining memberships in a number of societies and organizations, including the American Medical Association, Louisiana State Medical Society, Lafourche Parish Medical Society, American Society of Breast Surgeons, DeBakey International Surgical Society, American Hernia Society and Alpha Omega Alpha. He has enjoyed serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps.

He resides in Thibodaux with his wife and three sons.

Brian J. Marino, M.D.

Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery

A graduate of Jesuit High School in New Orleans. Dr. Marino earned his under graduate degree and medical degree at Louisiana State University. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and completed his residency training at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama where he served as Chief Resident of Surgery. Dr. Marino serves on the staff of Thibodaux Regional Medical Center and Ochsner St. Ann General Hospital.

He is Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Louisiana State Medical Society, Lafourche Parish Medical Society and the Carraway Surgical Society. Dr. Marino resides in Thibodaux with his wife and three children.

William B. Bisland, Jr., M.D.

Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery

Dr. William Bisland is a graduate of Vandebilt Catholic High School in Houma, Louisiana, and earned his undergraduate degree from Nicholls State University. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. Thereafter, he completed his Residency in General Surgery at LSU in New Orleans where he was named Administrative Chief Resident.

Additionally, Dr. Bisland completed a Fellowship in Bariatric, Laparoscopic, and Minimally Invasive Surgery from Miami, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of the American College of Surgeons and Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. He has a special interest and has published papers on the Laproscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, a bariatric/weight-loss procedure. Dr. Bisland spends his free time hunting, fishing and providing community service.
